Renovation of an attic in Alfama.
This project was done in collaboration with LxB, the company that owns the unit. It is a tiny attic, that was very poorly organized. The structure of the roof was redone, removing the duplication of the existing structure, composed by a recent structure, done under the original, allowing to gain height and area. The refurbishment was complete, to get a small cozy and pleasant studio.
