Recovery of a small building with 3 floors in Madragoa.
This project was done in collaboration with LxB, the company that owns the unit. The building has 2 apartments, one duplex at the basement and ground floor and a studio on the 1st floor. It was thought with a low-cost intervention to make the building salubrious by the inclusion of bathrooms, reopening of a patio in the basement and the general renovation of the space.
